I want to invest in real estate because day by day price of property is rising in Chicago. Five years back when I completed my MBA the first thing which I desperately wanted to buy was a house but I had no money. Last week I bought a piece of land in Chicago at a very affordable price. I want to make a customized home building with a unique design. From the internet I got details of various real estate developers in Chicago so I decided to approach them at the weekend to check various home designs. I want to have the best exterior and interior design for my home. I am willing to pay any amount to a developer. I saw many home designs but they all looked out of fashion that?s why I rejected all of them. I am looking for a design which should be an architectural marvel and everyone passing through the building should stop to check it.
I got an awesome home design from a relative who is a Structural Engineer with a leading construction company in Chicago. My relative gave me the name of a real estate developer in Chicago to whom I gave the contract to build my dream home.
